Leads a 24/7 Global Network Operations and Security Center watch team supporting Missile Defense Agency enterprise operations. Oversees incident management, cybersecurity monitoring, network reliability, technical escalations, flight and ground tests, military exercises, and executive-level communications. The role requires shift leadership, network and systems administration knowledge, security compliance expertise, and coordination across mission-support stakeholders.

Analyzes operational data from multiple sources to establish performance benchmarks, produce Power BI reports, evaluate workflows, identify trends and root causes, and recommend improvements. The role develops technical documentation, maintains standardized processes, and coordinates across teams to support mission-critical operational decisions for the Missile Defense Agency. It requires IT, operations, or analytical experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and an active or obtainable DoW Secret clearance.

Administer Microsoft servers and client systems in a classified DoD environment supporting missile defense. Responsibilities include system configuration, monitoring, scanning, patching, antivirus updates, vulnerability management, configuration management, scripting automation, virtual service health analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and cybersecurity compliance support for ATO maintenance.
