Lead assurance reviews, analyze risk data and trends, recommend control improvements, and communicate insights to senior leaders and risk committees. Build risk awareness, coach business teams, and provide independent constructive challenge across regulatory, strategic, technology, third-party, and operational resilience matters.

Own the Auto Loans product strategy and roadmap from customer insight through delivery and ongoing performance. Improve application, approval, settlement, and servicing journeys while driving conversion, pricing, margin, credit performance, and portfolio returns. Lead cross-functional initiatives, strengthen broker and partner propositions, manage third-party providers, and influence Commercial, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver responsible growth and better customer outcomes.

Investigate scam and fraud claims, assess transaction patterns and customer circumstances, and deliver fair, compliant outcomes. Support vulnerable customers experiencing hardship, maintain thorough case documentation, identify emerging scam risks, and collaborate with fraud, risk, complaints, analytics, hardship, and external teams. Contribute to scam prevention insights, process improvements, training materials, and customer remediation while handling sensitive conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
