Implements and improves marketing technology platforms, integrations, automation workflows, data pipelines, and customer activation processes. Owns technical delivery across Salesforce and related MarTech systems, supports Marketing Cloud Next adoption, troubleshoots platform issues, manages releases, documents solutions, coordinates vendors, and partners with marketing, data, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Leads hands-on delivery and operations for scalable data platforms, pipelines, and data products. Translates architecture into secure solutions, enforces engineering and DevSecOps standards, supports development and production reliability, and leads incident resolution. Provides technical direction to distributed engineers, reviews designs and code, coaches team members, and advances platform interoperability, governance, observability, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Coordinates sales operations and enablement through process design, CRM workflow management, AI agents, automation, reporting, training, and governance. The role improves operational efficiency, data quality, adoption, compliance controls, audit remediation, and cross-functional accountability across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
