Lead private label demand forecasting and analysis across items and sites, using statistical models and historical data to drive accurate case volume projections. Manage plant Quality Assurance and sanitation at Seabrook, NJ. Oversee QA staff, ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, lead audits (customer, FDA, USDA, SQF), handle consumer complaints, product holds/recalls, training, budgeting, and quality monitoring across production.
