The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations, including payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, compliance, and HR initiatives. The role partners with site leadership, coaches managers on performance matters, maintains confidentiality, produces reports, and supports training and organizational objectives. This is an on-site position with occasional field work in a manufacturing or food production environment.

Leads revenue growth management transformation, pricing strategy, trade investment, promotional optimization, and commercial analytics. Builds pricing and trade capabilities, governance, KPI frameworks, scenario models, and ROI processes while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Category Management, and executive leadership. Oversees RGM roadmaps, technology implementation, change management, pricing realization, trade lifecycle management, and post-promotion evaluation.

Sells and distributes packaged food and beverage products to assigned accounts and territories. Responsibilities include growing profitable sales, expanding product distribution, managing shelf space and displays, preparing sales reports, processing orders, credits and returns, maintaining product knowledge, and building customer relationships. The role requires accurate paperwork, strong organization, safe driving, travel, communication with customers and internal teams, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varied environments.
