Develops Lantern’s Databricks consulting-services business by generating enterprise pipeline, managing strategic accounts, building partner relationships, leading discovery, shaping data and AI consulting solutions, and closing services engagements. Responsibilities include administering HiBob, supporting ADP payroll, maintaining employee data, coordinating benefits and retirement programs, improving HR processes through automation and AI, managing onboarding and employee communications, supporting culture initiatives, and assisting with compliance, performance programs, and Edmonton office needs.

Lead clients in designing and deploying Microsoft Azure AI solutions. Oversee multiple projects, engage in client discussions, and support sales efforts.

The Azure AI Applications Engineer will lead the development and implementation of intelligent applications using Azure AI services, while architecting solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating on project delivery across multiple sectors.
