Lead product management for the Microsoft 365 suite: define vision and roadmap, gather requirements, prioritize features, drive delivery and adoption, oversee business analysis and QA teams, manage stakeholders and change management, develop training and job aids, and supervise staff and hiring.

Leads and mentors academic leaders, manages governance and unionized environments, and advances institutional strategic priorities.

Lead data mapping and extraction from Ellucian Banner to Workday Student using Oracle PL/SQL and Python; develop ETL/transforms, perform data quality audits, build dashboards and reports, support cutover/go-live activities, testing, documentation, training, and stakeholder consultation to ensure successful implementation.

Provide financial leadership and strategic budget advice to a portfolio of academic and service departments. Prepare reports, forecasts, KPIs, and variance analysis; train cost centre managers; oversee junior financial staff; build financial models, identify risks, and support decision-making for long-term financial viability.

Develop and document business and functional requirements, analyze and improve business processes, support and test applications, deliver training and user support, and mentor junior analysts. Work on project teams to ensure systems meet requirements and maintain operational procedures and reports for the College.

Provide service-oriented registrarial advising and guidance to prospective and current students, staff, and external stakeholders. Review and adjudicate files, apply policies, maintain student records, produce reports, support system updates (e.g., Banner), coordinate process improvements and change initiatives, and represent the College at events.
