Leads the Applied Sciences academic division, overseeing curriculum development, faculty scheduling and evaluation, budgeting, resource allocation, hiring recommendations, policy implementation, student and faculty issues, strategic planning, and collaboration with college administrators, departments, committees, and external stakeholders.

Supports faculty-led research projects by gathering and recording data, documenting observations and procedures, compiling information for reports and presentations, conducting literature searches, operating scientific equipment and survey tools under direction, assisting students, monitoring supplies, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Provides strategic leadership and enterprise oversight for cybersecurity and information security governance, policy, risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, digital forensics, security awareness, and compliance. Leads cybersecurity teams, budgets, suppliers, investigations, and institutional security initiatives. Advises executive leadership and the Board on cyber risks, emerging technologies, legislation, and mitigation strategies while coordinating with legal counsel, law enforcement, auditors, and British Columbia post-secondary institutions.

Provide budget and forecast guidance to departments, maintain and update financial and forecasting models, analyze variances and trends, prepare internal and external reports, ensure policy compliance, support HR and Cost Centre Managers on position budgets, assist with government reporting templates, system testing, KPI/report creation, and ad hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making.

Design, deliver, and evaluate employee learning programs (online, hybrid, in-person). Consult with stakeholders, apply instructional design and accessibility (WCAG) principles, manage LMS and e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI), integrate learning technologies, build evaluation dashboards, and support strategic L&D initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Lead product management for the Microsoft 365 suite: define vision and roadmap, gather requirements, prioritize features, drive delivery and adoption, oversee business analysis and QA teams, manage stakeholders and change management, develop training and job aids, and supervise staff and hiring.

Develop and document business and functional requirements, analyze and improve business processes, support and test applications, deliver training and user support, and mentor junior analysts. Work on project teams to ensure systems meet requirements and maintain operational procedures and reports for the College.
