Lead QA activities for enterprise systems and ERP: analyze requirements, design and execute test plans/cases (functional, non-functional, security, performance, integration), coordinate UAT, mentor intermediate QAs, maintain QA standards, and support QA processes and documentation across concurrent projects.

Provide laboratory instructional and operational support for physics courses: prepare and deliver experiments, develop lab exercises, maintain supplies, equipment and demonstration kits, and ensure safety compliance.

Lead product management for the Microsoft 365 suite: define vision and roadmap, gather requirements, prioritize features, drive delivery and adoption, oversee business analysis and QA teams, manage stakeholders and change management, develop training and job aids, and supervise staff and hiring.
