Leads the Applied Sciences academic division, overseeing curriculum development, faculty scheduling and evaluation, budgeting, resource allocation, hiring recommendations, policy implementation, student and faculty issues, strategic planning, and collaboration with college administrators, departments, committees, and external stakeholders.

Supports faculty-led research projects by gathering and recording data, documenting observations and procedures, compiling information for reports and presentations, conducting literature searches, operating scientific equipment and survey tools under direction, assisting students, monitoring supplies, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Provides strategic leadership and enterprise oversight for cybersecurity and information security governance, policy, risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, digital forensics, security awareness, and compliance. Leads cybersecurity teams, budgets, suppliers, investigations, and institutional security initiatives. Advises executive leadership and the Board on cyber risks, emerging technologies, legislation, and mitigation strategies while coordinating with legal counsel, law enforcement, auditors, and British Columbia post-secondary institutions.
