Lead product management for the Microsoft 365 suite: define vision and roadmap, gather requirements, prioritize features, drive delivery and adoption, oversee business analysis and QA teams, manage stakeholders and change management, develop training and job aids, and supervise staff and hiring.

Lead assessment of client needs and define functional requirements for Workday ERP/Student integrations. Conduct gap and data analysis, produce functional/specification documents, support testing, training, benefits realization, and stakeholder communications to implement integrated business process improvements.

Provide front-line customer service and clerical support for RES Financial Aid: respond to inquiries, perform data entry and cashiering, maintain student records, assist with process improvements and system updates, and support colleagues during busy periods.
