Supports Workday Payroll and related enterprise systems through business process analysis, configuration, testing, system maintenance, data quality audits, dashboard and report development, incident resolution, upgrades, and user training. The role consults with stakeholders and IT to identify process improvements, implement system changes, maintain documentation, and support business transformation and operational analytics.

Supports Workday HCM and Student system sustainment, enhancement, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and business process improvement. Collects requirements, documents processes, develops test strategies, supports releases and integrations, resolves end-user tickets, and creates dashboards and knowledge-base materials. Collaborates with project management, operational excellence, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver system initiatives and improve operational performance.

Supports Langara College’s Workday Student platform and related ERP systems through requirements analysis, process documentation, configuration, testing, release support, reporting, troubleshooting, and end-user ticket resolution. The role develops business requirements, test scripts, dashboards, and knowledge-base materials while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. It also provides Tier 1 ITSM support, analyzes root causes, promotes data security and privacy, and contributes to continuous process improvement.
