Front-line RES assistant providing customer service to prospective and current students, staff, and external parties; performs cashiering, data entry and clerical duties in the student information system; supports process improvements, system changes, and provides back-up to colleagues under supervision.

Provide budget and forecast guidance to departments, maintain and update financial and forecasting models, analyze variances and trends, prepare internal and external reports, ensure policy compliance, support HR and Cost Centre Managers on position budgets, assist with government reporting templates, system testing, KPI/report creation, and ad hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making.

Design, deliver, and evaluate employee learning programs (online, hybrid, in-person). Consult with stakeholders, apply instructional design and accessibility (WCAG) principles, manage LMS and e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI), integrate learning technologies, build evaluation dashboards, and support strategic L&D initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
