Supports Manhattan Active Omni by troubleshooting user and integration issues, monitoring exceptions, conducting root cause analysis, testing configuration changes and releases, documenting resolutions, and developing user guidance. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve processes, support business initiatives, and enhance customer service. The role also prepares management recaps and continuously expands platform expertise.

Manages and optimizes performance marketing across paid social, affiliate, display, CTV, and influencer channels. Responsibilities include campaign execution, audience and creative testing, partner development and negotiation, budget pacing, performance reporting, and optimization against CAC, ROAS, and LTV. The role collaborates with merchandising, creative, digital, agencies, and external partners to support seasonal campaigns, expand customer acquisition, and shape channel strategy and testing roadmaps.

Own marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, and Lowe’s. Monitor product availability, fulfillment, compliance, inventory risk, service levels, and retailer performance. Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, logistics, merchandising, finance, and technology teams to resolve operational issues. Build dashboards, provide actionable supply and demand recommendations, document procedures, support channel onboarding, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
