Provides customer service and sales support in a Lamps Plus store, including greeting customers, assessing needs, demonstrating lighting products, closing sales, processing transactions and returns, maintaining displays, retrieving merchandise, and handling customer concerns. The role also generates leads and conducts in-home demonstrations. Candidates must have a driver’s license and vehicle, lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, work evenings and weekends, and pass a background check.

Assist customers and trade professionals in selecting lighting, fans, and home furnishings. Provide design guidance, product information, quotes, and follow-up while building customer relationships and a sales pipeline. Contribute to individual and store sales goals, maintain organized showroom displays, and work weekends and peak retail hours. The role starts with hourly pay plus commission and offers a path to full commission-based earnings.
