Assist customers and trade professionals in selecting lighting, fans, and home furnishings. Provide design guidance, product information, quotes, and follow-up while building customer relationships and a sales pipeline. Contribute to individual and store sales goals, maintain organized showroom displays, and work weekends and peak retail hours. The role starts with hourly pay plus commission and offers a path to full commission-based earnings.

Provides consultative retail sales, product demonstrations, customer support, and recommendations while meeting sales goals. Maintains product knowledge, handles concerns, answers phones, follows up with customers, and mentors new hires. Conducts in-home consultations, follows safety policies, and works scheduled day, evening, and weekend shifts. Requires customer service or sales experience, a driver’s license, reliable transportation, physical lifting ability, and successful completion of a background check.
