Provide patient-centered specialty nursing support at the Pillager clinic, primarily assisting Chiropractic and OMM teams. Duties include administering medications and vaccines, assisting with in-clinic procedures, managing patient flow, room prep, supply organization, handling calls/forms, patient education, and performing administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations and collaboration with internal and external providers.

Provide patient-centered dermatology care: scribe for providers, prepare and assist with biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy and MOHS, manage patient flow, handle calls and prior authorizations, maintain compliance with CLIA/OSHA, support iPledge and pathology processes, and provide patient education.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews; support audits, Medicare cost reporting, lease billing, inventory audits, and accounts payable; collaborate with finance and department leaders to strengthen accounting processes and provide reliable financial information for decision-making.

Provide orthopedic-focused clinical support: room prep and rooming, assist providers with casts/splints, brace fitting, wound care, suture/staple removal, patient education, EPIC documentation, phone and in-basket support, and float within Specialty Care Team. Work is day-shift, 0.6-0.8 FTE at Staples Main Campus.

Provide LPN/CMA clinical support in a podiatry specialty clinic: room prep, patient rooming, wound and nail care assistance, documentation in EPIC, phone/in-basket support, and occasional floating within Specialty Care. Work Monday–Friday day shift, 64–80 hours per pay period.
