Provide LPN/CMA clinical support in a podiatry specialty clinic: room prep, patient rooming, wound and nail care assistance, documentation in EPIC, phone/in-basket support, and occasional floating within Specialty Care. Work Monday–Friday day shift, 64–80 hours per pay period.

Provides clinical pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient settings, optimizing medication therapy, monitoring patient regimens, delivering pharmacokinetic and drug information consultations, supporting antibiotic stewardship and nutrition services, and contributing to quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams while supporting pharmacy operations and supervising pharmacy staff as needed.

Coordinates home medical equipment services for patients and Medical Marketplace customers. Responsibilities include patient intake, insurance authorizations, order processing, documentation, claims support, provider collaboration, follow-up communication, equipment education, therapeutic footwear screenings and fittings, troubleshooting, and retail operations support. The role emphasizes accurate records, confidentiality, professionalism, customer service, and patient-centered care.

Leads hospital, oncology, and infusion pharmacy operations, including medication procurement, preparation, dispensing, distribution, inventory, safety, compliance, quality assurance, and pharmacy information systems. Manages and develops pharmacy personnel, supports budgeting and financial performance, collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders, and advances safe, effective medication management. Maintains the ability to perform clinical pharmacist duties as needed.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews; support audits, Medicare cost reporting, lease billing, inventory audits, and accounts payable; collaborate with finance and department leaders to strengthen accounting processes and provide reliable financial information for decision-making.

Provide patient-centered specialty nursing support at the Pillager clinic, primarily assisting Chiropractic and OMM teams. Duties include administering medications and vaccines, assisting with in-clinic procedures, managing patient flow, room prep, supply organization, handling calls/forms, patient education, and performing administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations and collaboration with internal and external providers.

Provide patient-centered dermatology care: scribe for providers, prepare and assist with biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy and MOHS, manage patient flow, handle calls and prior authorizations, maintain compliance with CLIA/OSHA, support iPledge and pathology processes, and provide patient education.

Provide orthopedic-focused clinical support: room prep and rooming, assist providers with casts/splints, brace fitting, wound care, suture/staple removal, patient education, EPIC documentation, phone and in-basket support, and float within Specialty Care Team. Work is day-shift, 0.6-0.8 FTE at Staples Main Campus.
