The role emphasizes accurate records, confidentiality, professionalism, customer service, and patient-centered care.

Leads hospital, oncology, and infusion pharmacy operations, including medication procurement, preparation, dispensing, distribution, inventory, safety, compliance, quality assurance, and pharmacy information systems. Manages and develops pharmacy personnel, supports budgeting and financial performance, collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders, and advances safe, effective medication management. Maintains the ability to perform clinical pharmacist duties as needed.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews; support audits, Medicare cost reporting, lease billing, inventory audits, and accounts payable; collaborate with finance and department leaders to strengthen accounting processes and provide reliable financial information for decision-making.
