Pick up and deliver medical specimens and packages regionally, ensuring secure storage, accurate documentation, timely deliveries, recipient verification, mileage and maintenance logging, inventory counts, and compliance with HIPAA. Schedule vehicle maintenance and follow facility procedures.

Greet patients and coordinate scheduling for oncology providers and infusion treatments. Verify patient and insurance information, manage provider and infusion schedules, process referrals, assist with prior authorizations and precertifications, ensure HIPAA compliance, and provide basic patient education. Cross-trained to support Medical and Radiation Oncology scheduling and daily operations.

Provide patient-centered cardiology nursing care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, delegate, and evaluate. Assist providers, carry out orders, maintain timely documentation, follow MN Nurse Practice Act and LRHC policies, and collaborate with care teams. Work day shifts (72 hours biweekly) at clinic sites with some travel between locations.

Organize and ensure efficient operation of the microbiology laboratory section, perform microbiology testing and specimen collection, monitor quality control, maintain CAP/CLIA compliance, troubleshoot instruments/procedures, train staff and students, assist with method development, and assume section responsibility in manager absence. Weekend and shift coverage required.

Perform diagnostic echocardiography and vascular ultrasound (transthoracic, transesophageal, stress) while providing patient care, cleaning/stocking, basic office tasks, transporting patients, and participating in weekend/holiday call rotation. Work independently under Ultrasound Supervisor and maintain patient confidentiality.

Provide inpatient nutritional assessment, monitoring, and therapy for diverse medical patients. Collaborate with clinical teams on enteral/parenteral nutrition, support Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation, manage menu software and verify cafe nutrition labeling.

Provide 24/7 security coverage for Fergus Falls Hospital and adjacent buildings: perform routine security checks, monitor parking and grounds, de-escalate incidents, escort staff, report and document concerns, respond to emergencies, assist with non-medical visitor/patient needs, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Sort and fold linens (sheets, fitted sheets, gowns, pillowcases), feed and maintain the iron, hand-fold some accounts, load/unload dryers, and perform daily preventative iron maintenance. Work is on-site, standing and walking for most of the day.

Provide workforce scheduling and administrative support for Clinic Services: coordinate staffing schedules and daily adjustments, support payroll/timecard functions, assist recruitment/onboarding, maintain compliance and training records, prepare reports, and support leaders on staffing analysis and operational initiatives.
