Provide direct observation and basic care to psychiatric patients, monitor responses, perform safety checks and searches, use crisis intervention and CPR, report abnormal physical or emotional changes to nursing staff, and liaise with departments to support patient safety and quality care.

Provide direct bedside nursing care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. Administer medications, use smart pumps and unit equipment, perform assessments and procedures, document care, educate patients/families, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in unit performance improvement and service excellence activities.

Performs radiologic imaging and supports cath lab procedures, ensuring radiation and infection safety, producing quality radiographs, operating cath lab equipment, and educating patients and staff. Follows policies, documents variances, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.

Schedule and coordinate radiology imaging appointments, obtain insurance prior-authorizations, communicate procedure and financial requirements to patients, maintain accurate records, collect pre-payments, and liaise with physicians, clinics, facilities, and insurers to ensure timely, compliant imaging services.

Provides 24-hour leadership and accountability for a clinical nursing unit, developing policies, staffing, budgets, and ensuring staff licensure and mandatory training. Leads problem-solving, performance management, and communication with patients and staff. Requires psychiatric nursing experience and clinical competency, supports hospital mission and service excellence, and may work flexible hours.

Provide direct bedside nursing care on a patient care team for a 12-week contract night shift. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, administer medications, use unit equipment (including smart pumps), document assessments/procedures, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, and educate patients and families.

Manage accounting staff (payroll, AP, staff accountant), oversee accounting functions, reporting, audits, confidentiality, cost-saving initiatives, policy implementation, and departmental meetings.

Provide novice-level support and configuration for Epic and third-party clinical applications. Troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades and testing, train super-users and staff, analyze workflows for optimization, coordinate vendor engagement, create documentation, and assist end-users under supervision.

Provide moderate-level support, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic and related applications. Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, create documentation and training, ensure data security and workflow integration, and participate as an Epic credentialed trainer.

Supervise psychiatric department staff and daily operations; perform utilization reviews and ensure regulatory compliance; review medical records, evaluate patient progress, validate physician orders; process appeal requests; prepare provider/employee notifications and attend authorization and review meetings.

Transports and assists patients (pediatrics to geriatrics) to Radiology, prepares patients and equipment, secures oxygen tanks, logs and communicates patient handoffs, assists with transfers and ambulation to prevent falls, and maintains department order and confidentiality.

Provides clerical and organizational support to the nursing unit under the Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse. Performs unit tasks including documentation, data gathering, ordering and organizing supplies, equipment use, and participation in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives. Communicates with patients, visitors, and staff and maintains the nurses' station.

Provide clerical and monitoring support in the telemetry unit: communicate patient status to staff, gather and distribute EKG strips, document, maintain monitor room and equipment, and use monitoring devices and PC systems. Must complete EKG course and maintain BLS certification.

Provides 24-hour leadership and operational accountability for the ICU nursing unit. Responsibilities include policy development, staffing and resource allocation, budget management, regulatory compliance, staff education and licensure oversight, performance management, problem resolution, and participation in hospital management and strategic planning.

Provide radiology support in the cath lab: produce quality radiographs, operate cath lab and x-ray equipment, follow radiation and infection safety, assist with procedures, and educate patients and staff.
