Provides frontline IT support to physicians, hospital staff, and directors. Responsibilities include managing Active Directory, DHCP, and print services; building, replacing, and configuring workstations; installing software; troubleshooting hardware and application issues; supporting workstation moves and setups; training new technicians; and inspecting clinic and hospital hardware for compliance. Requires strong communication, patience, technical writing, and the ability to work calmly in high-stress healthcare environments.

Manages the health system’s digital marketing strategy, website content, SEO, email database campaigns, contact forms, digital analytics, and website redesigns. Conducts keyword and competitor research, develops and optimizes web content, tracks campaign performance, and recommends improvements. Collaborates with marketing teams on advertising, events, community outreach, and content development while maintaining brand awareness and user experience.

Implements and maintains hospital information security systems, including firewalls, web filtering, SIEM, log aggregation, vulnerability scanning, cloud security, IAM, and incident response. Supports security awareness, forensic investigations, risk assessments, regulatory compliance, privacy protection, vendor evaluations, and enterprise security reporting. Communicates technical and cybersecurity risks to technical and nontechnical stakeholders while helping safeguard information assets.
