Manage concrete quality procedures, mix-design optimization, raw material selection, QC analysis, and customer technical support. Implement quality manuals, track KPIs, lead safety initiatives, provide technical assistance to sales, and develop A&C quality-control teams to reduce costs and improve product performance.

Inspect and support continuous operation of raw mill, kiln and finish mill systems. Perform running/shutdown inspections, first-level maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment startups, material handling coordination, safety procedures (LOTOTO), housekeeping, reporting, and assist CCRO with operations and off-spec management.

Perform scheduled and emergency mechanical maintenance and belt repairs (including vulcanisation) on plant equipment, following safety rules, job plans and shift/on-call schedules. Coordinate and monitor day-to-day cement production activities from raw material handling through dispatch, ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance, lead SAP production execution and month-end closing, supervise shift managers, coordinate maintenance and inspections, optimize equipment availability, and drive continuous improvement and training.

Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance across the cement plant to ensure high equipment availability. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective work, lead breakdown responses, manage shutdowns, optimize resources, enforce HSE and permit-to-work, track KPIs, and drive reliability improvements using RCA and condition monitoring.

Drive concrete sales across large and medium customers, provide technical product solutions, develop commercial strategies, manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, report sales performance, support site safety and environmental compliance, and handle credit, invoicing and market intelligence.

Operate and inspect cement plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. Monitor raw mill, kiln and finish mill systems, perform first-level maintenance, support shutdowns and turnarounds, coordinate contractors, maintain housekeeping and safety standards, and prepare shift reports and inspections to maximize equipment availability and compliance.

Develop and execute brand and marketing communication strategies to grow market share and brand equity. Manage agency relationships, advertising, promotions, packaging, budgets, market research, cross-functional coordination, and new product initiatives to deliver volume, profitability, and brand objectives.

Support Corporate Services Manager in managing office, residential and guest-house facilities across Nigeria. Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, canteen compliance, vendor relationships, immigration/visa processes, consumables tracking, and preparation of spaces. Ensure cost-effective, sustainable operations, timely supplier performance, and adherence to health, safety, and local regulations.

Plan and execute corporate and employee events end-to-end, ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across physical and digital touchpoints, manage event budgets and vendors, coordinate agencies, drive brand storytelling and media/influencer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and collateral.

Lead regional facilities and corporate services operations including property management, housekeeping, canteen services, vendor management, immigration/travel oversight, budgets and SLAs. Drive continuous improvement, ensure HSE compliance, manage contractors, deliver reporting and analytics, and implement policies to maintain service standards across offices, residential sites and guest houses.
