Manage concrete quality procedures, mix-design optimization, raw material selection, QC analysis, and customer technical support. Implement quality manuals, track KPIs, lead safety initiatives, provide technical assistance to sales, and develop A&C quality-control teams to reduce costs and improve product performance.

Inspect and support continuous operation of raw mill, kiln and finish mill systems. Perform running/shutdown inspections, first-level maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment startups, material handling coordination, safety procedures (LOTOTO), housekeeping, reporting, and assist CCRO with operations and off-spec management.

Perform scheduled and emergency mechanical maintenance and belt repairs (including vulcanisation) on plant equipment, following safety rules, job plans and shift/on-call schedules. Report breakdown causes, remedies and spares used, maintain tools and clean work areas, and support integrated management and EMS mechanical instrumentation activities.
