Support the Direct Procurement team with category management, vendor management, budgeting, and strategic sourcing. Process weekly/biweekly payrolls for 3,500+ employees: import UKG/Kronos time data into Paylocity, reconcile batches, process garnishments, merits, terminations, maintain SOPs, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, respond to payroll inquiries, support software migrations, and protect payroll data confidentiality.

Lead inventory accuracy and control for the Nampa Distribution Center and external warehouses. Manage cycle counts, variance investigations, physical inventories, WMS alignment (Infolog/Prism), discrepancy resolution, third-party partner coordination, and continuous improvement while providing floor leadership and ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Lead all site operations for cheese, string, whey, and fresh mozzarella production, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Manage budgets, capital projects, KPIs, and continuous improvement while coaching a leadership team and coordinating with corporate functions. Oversee environmental compliance and agency relationships, drive employee engagement, and report site performance to senior leadership.

Lead whey production operations to meet volume, quality, safety, and cost targets. Manage and develop production staff, maintain SOPs and regulatory compliance (GMP/GSP/FSSC), drive continuous improvement, CAPEX planning, root cause analysis, and cross-functional coordination with quality and maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize yields.

Supervise overnight mozzarella production operations, ensuring product quality, food safety, production specs, sanitation, inventory monitoring, and timely coordination with quality, maintenance, packaging, and RSPC teams. Analyze daily performance, enforce process controls, train staff, and assist managers with planning, scheduling, and corrective actions to minimize losses and meet budgeted targets.

Operate and monitor cheese vats and production lines to produce safe, consistent cheese. Measure ingredients, maintain yields and spice usage, complete production paperwork, and follow GMP/FDA food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness, communicate production and quality issues, and support continuous production flow. Willingness to obtain WI Cheesemaker license required.

Support logistics accounting by maintaining the general ledger, preparing monthly and YTD financial statements, reconciliations, variance analyses, and budget reporting. Assist month-end close, audits, and the annual logistics budget. Supervise and develop the logistics accounting team and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
