Lead design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across multiple business units. Manage annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles; conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses; advise HRBPs and business leaders on offers, promotions, and retention; partner with cross-functional teams and global compensation groups; train team members and improve compensation processes, systems, and communications.

Support implementation of the plant safety program: conduct safety assessments, lead 5S, manage lockout/tagout, develop loss-prevention plans, review policies with managers, support safety projects and corrective actions, participate in safety committees, and assist the Safety Manager.

Support Talent Acquisition and HR with internship recruitment, candidate sourcing and pre-screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and exit interviews, campus engagement and career fair representation, and HR administrative tasks and special projects. Work 20-40 hours weekly for up to one year, with some local travel and in-office presence.
