Coordinates patient flow through appointment scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referrals, authorizations, payment collection, charge reconciliation, and medical records support. Provides financial guidance, handles patient communications, assists with clinical and administrative tasks, and ensures compliance with organizational procedures. Requires accurate data entry, strong customer service, independent judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume work.

Coordinates patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referrals, authorizations, payments, and patient financial guidance. Supports patient flow, appointment preparation, medical-record requests, communication, and limited clinical assistance such as taking vitals and patient histories. Maintains accurate charge reconciliation, cash handling, documentation, and compliance with organizational and legal policies while serving patients, families, providers, and payors.

Maintains and troubleshoots hospital facilities and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, air filters, belts, coils, painting, and drywall. Performs technical analysis, documentation, quality assurance, root-cause problem solving, and corrective actions. Collaborates with engineers and department leadership, supports improvement initiatives, reads blueprints, and may travel between hospital facilities. The role requires physical work, occasional lifting, and adherence to standard precautions.

Provides direct patient nursing care: assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents care; coordinates with multidisciplinary team; delegates and supervises staff; participates in education, quality improvement, and discharge planning. Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory standards.

Work under direct supervision of an RN to expand clinical experience: provide basic patient care, assist with assessment/planning/implementation/evaluation, follow safety and facility policies, perform delegated routine nursing activities, and report patient status. This is a temporary, supervised role for nursing students pending RN licensure.

Perform abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, small parts and musculoskeletal ultrasound exams in hospital, ER and outpatient settings. Prepare patients, operate ultrasound equipment, capture and analyze diagnostic images, document and store results in EMR, maintain equipment, follow safety and infection-control protocols, and coordinate with radiologists and scheduling.
