Develops policies and procedures, ensures regulatory alignment, liaises with hospital leadership, and prepares operational reports for Finance, QAPI, and Human Resources.

Oversee daily rural clinic operations, staff and provider scheduling, workflow optimization, patient flow, policy development, regulatory compliance, and communication with hospital leadership. Prepare operational reports for Finance, QAPI, and Human Resources while coordinating clinical and administrative activities to support efficient, high-quality patient care.

Coordinates provider and facility enrollment, revalidation, credentialing support, and payer participation for healthcare professionals. Prepares applications, maintains provider records, tracks licenses and certifications, resolves payer delays and billing issues, and supports onboarding and reimbursement readiness. Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, commercial payer requirements, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and hospital policies while maintaining audit-ready documentation and enrollment reports.
