Requires accurate data entry, strong customer service, independent judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume work.

Supports patient flow, appointment preparation, medical-record requests, communication, and limited clinical assistance such as taking vitals and patient histories. Maintains accurate charge reconciliation, cash handling, documentation, and compliance with organizational and legal policies while serving patients, families, providers, and payors.

Maintains and troubleshoots hospital facilities and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, air filters, belts, coils, painting, and drywall. Performs technical analysis, documentation, quality assurance, root-cause problem solving, and corrective actions. Collaborates with engineers and department leadership, supports improvement initiatives, reads blueprints, and may travel between hospital facilities. The role requires physical work, occasional lifting, and adherence to standard precautions.
