Lead Simons' data, BI, and AI strategy and teams to deliver trusted enterprise data, analytics platforms, dashboards, and an AI roadmap. Advise the CIIO and business leaders, manage vendors and budgets, drive transformations that create measurable business value, and develop high-performing teams.

Coordinate and monitor all production stages to ensure quality and on-time delivery of collections. Maintain PLM, manage production schedules, liaise with designers and suppliers, enforce quality control, adjust timelines for delays, and sustain supplier relationships.

Research and translate fashion trends into commercially viable, high-quality products for exclusive collections. Create technical drawings and tech packs, collaborate with buying, technical design, and production teams, and develop fabrics, trims, and finishes while managing timelines, quality, and budget constraints.

Support executive leadership by delivering strategic analyses, monitoring initiatives and performance, preparing executive materials and dashboards, conducting market intelligence, and improving governance frameworks and performance management tools.

Coordinate product development and production between internal teams and suppliers: assign styles to suppliers, manage development calendars and milestones, negotiate costs and timelines, manage raw material bookings, support supplier performance, resolve manufacturing issues, and drive process improvements to shorten lead times and optimize speed to market.

Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure including networking (SD-WAN, Cisco), servers (Windows/Linux, UCS), backups (Veeam), virtualization (Nutanix, OpenShift), EDR, Active Directory, and automation (Ansible, NinjaOne, MDM/GPO). Coordinate vendor support and train technical support staff.

Develop and maintain BI solutions by analyzing enterprise data, building dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data quality, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting AI, automation and data-driven initiatives to improve business decisions and performance.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and modernization of Simons' enterprise application portfolio. Manage application development, support, systems integration, vendor relationships, and budgets. Build teams, reduce technical debt, and advise executive leadership to align application platforms with business growth and digital transformation.

Own the online-exclusive home assortment: plan, develop, and optimize product selection; set category sales targets; implement commercial strategies; manage supplier relationships; monitor trends and analyze performance to ensure a cohesive, on-brand offering.

Collaborate with buyers, designers, and suppliers to create garment technical specifications, measurement charts, grading, and construction standards. Conduct fittings, review samples, communicate corrections, ensure size/fit/finish conformity, and update technical product sheets to optimize final products.

Serve as strategic partner to business units to analyze, document, and translate requirements for enterprise applications; recommend process improvements; work with tech teams on design and implementation; participate in testing and support end-user adoption.

Analyze and improve enterprise application performance and maintainability, support integrations, produce technical specifications, participate in incident root-cause analysis, and contribute to modernization and deployment activities to ensure stable, high-performing solutions.
