Lead BI and data management efforts: analyze enterprise data, build dashboards and KPIs, ensure data quality, support stakeholders, and drive AI/automation initiatives to improve business decisions.

Coordinate product development and production between internal teams and suppliers: assign styles to suppliers, manage development calendars and milestones, negotiate costs and timelines, manage raw material bookings, support supplier performance, resolve manufacturing issues, and drive process improvements to shorten lead times and optimize speed to market.

Collaborate with buyers, designers, and suppliers to create garment technical specifications, measurement charts, grading, and construction standards. Conduct fittings, review samples, communicate corrections, ensure size/fit/finish conformity, and update technical product sheets to optimize final products.

Research and translate fashion trends into commercially viable, high-quality products for exclusive collections. Create technical drawings and tech packs, collaborate with buying, technical design, and production teams, and develop fabrics, trims, and finishes while managing timelines, quality, and budget constraints.

Lead and shape the brand's visual identity and exclusive collections. Mentor and manage a design team, collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Technical Development and Manufacturing, integrate trends and sustainable materials, analyze sales and customer behavior to inform design, oversee timelines and creative processes, and ensure product excellence across fashion, fit, fabric, and finish.

Create and edit product, web, newsletter and in-store copy for fashion, home and wellness lines. Produce promotional slogans, blog articles, trend features and SEO-optimized content. Collaborate with design, merchandising, buying and marketing teams; manage multiple projects and deadlines; research trends and adapt tone for diverse brand audiences.
