The role evaluates application performance, availability, and maintainability; develops technical analyses and integration documentation; investigates incidents and root causes; collaborates with development and operations teams; and supports solution validation, deployment, and post-implementation monitoring. It also contributes to technical debt reduction and continuous improvement across legacy and modern technology platforms.

Support the HR center of expertise in improving legal compliance practices. Conduct employment-law research, participate in compliance analyses related to Quebec legislation, and draft or revise corporate HR policies, procedures, and processes. The role requires careful analysis, clear French writing, reliable research, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Leads all human resources activities for a high-volume retail store, including management development, recruitment, training, employee support, benefits and wellness programs, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, inclusion, safety, and policy compliance. Maintains sales-floor presence, promotes exceptional customer service, supports store leadership, monitors performance metrics, and oversees HR systems while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
