Leads all human resources activities for a flagship retail store, including recruitment, training, employee support, benefits guidance, conflict resolution, talent development, compliance, inclusion, and workplace safety. Partners with management to strengthen leadership, customer service, employee engagement, and store performance. Requires active sales-floor presence and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Performs daily, monthly, and annual reconciliation of retail and online sales, deposits, gift cards, and payment transactions. Investigates discrepancies, coordinates with internal stakeholders to resolve anomalies, enters corrections in financial systems, supports month-end and year-end sales audits, verifies sales taxes, maintains audit documentation, and contributes to process and control improvements.
