The position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Finance Associate responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, reporting support, and audit preparation. The role also focuses on improving accounting workflows, adopting an AI-powered AP system, automating routine finance tasks, identifying data anomalies, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Designs, secures, and operates on-premises infrastructure across Linux, VMware, Docker, networks, firewalls, and CI/CD pipelines. Owns FortiGate-based network security, secrets and PKI, vulnerability remediation, observability, incident response, compliance evidence, and disaster recovery support. The role also drives infrastructure-as-code, security automation, AI-augmented engineering workflows, documentation, and mentoring.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for retail merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, and related platforms. Troubleshoot client issues, research unfamiliar problems, prioritize ticket backlogs, communicate technical information to nontechnical users, and create detailed development tickets with reproducible steps. The role requires technical support experience, Jira ecosystem knowledge, and strong communication and self-prioritization skills.

Build partner ecosystem, generate pipeline through third-party relationships, enable partners with content and tools, represent the company at industry events, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure channel-sourced revenue impact.

Lead and scale test automation strategy across product and platform teams, build CI/CD-native Playwright and API-first frameworks, modernize legacy approaches, introduce AI-accelerated testing, mentor automation engineers, and ensure high-quality, fast releases through metrics, observability, and performance testing integration.

Lead finance and operational functions for a hybrid SaaS and product business: own AP/AR, cash flow, close processes, forecasting, financial reporting, ERP and systems, inventory and vendor finance workflows, contract review and negotiation, and drive process automation, controls, and cross-functional alignment to scale the business.

Lead architecture and development of a scalable, AI-driven retail SaaS platform. Mentor engineers, design distributed microservices, build and integrate AI agent frameworks, lead POCs, enforce testing and security best practices, and coordinate cross-functional delivery from specification through release.

Drive retention and expansion across a portfolio of strategic retail accounts. Own GRR and NRR targets, execute onboarding and success plans, monitor account health, lead executive business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive product adoption and measurable customer outcomes.
