Operate and improve IT operations and end-user experience: manage onboarding/offboarding, endpoint and application support, enforce endpoint security controls, troubleshoot SaaS access and networking, and partner cross-functionally to enhance reliability, automation, and operational best practices.

Lead channel strategy to engage consultants, integrators, and advisors to drive enterprise retail SaaS adoption. Build partner ecosystem, generate pipeline through third-party relationships, enable partners with content and tools, represent the company at industry events, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure channel-sourced revenue impact.

Lead the end-to-end product design function as the sole product designer: user research, personas, journey mapping, interaction and UI design, prototyping, UX writing, usability testing, design systems, spec-driven documentation, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows.
