Lead channel strategy to engage consultants, integrators, and advisors to drive enterprise retail SaaS adoption. Build partner ecosystem, generate pipeline through third-party relationships, enable partners with content and tools, represent the company at industry events, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure channel-sourced revenue impact.

Own and run program-level release coordination across engineering and cross-functional teams. Maintain master release timeline, dependency maps, risk register, runbooks, and status reporting. Drive go/no-go decisions, enforce change control, improve release predictability, and partner with engineering leadership to implement tooling and processes that increase delivery velocity and visibility.

Lead and scale test automation strategy across product and platform teams, build CI/CD-native Playwright and API-first frameworks, modernize legacy approaches, introduce AI-accelerated testing, mentor automation engineers, and ensure high-quality, fast releases through metrics, observability, and performance testing integration.
