Designs, secures, and operates on-premises infrastructure across Linux, VMware, Docker, networks, firewalls, and CI/CD pipelines. Owns FortiGate-based network security, secrets and PKI, vulnerability remediation, observability, incident response, compliance evidence, and disaster recovery support. The role also drives infrastructure-as-code, security automation, AI-augmented engineering workflows, documentation, and mentoring.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for retail merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, and related platforms. Troubleshoot client issues, research unfamiliar problems, prioritize ticket backlogs, communicate technical information to nontechnical users, and create detailed development tickets with reproducible steps. The role requires technical support experience, Jira ecosystem knowledge, and strong communication and self-prioritization skills.

Lead channel strategy to engage consultants, integrators, and advisors to drive enterprise retail SaaS adoption. Build partner ecosystem, generate pipeline through third-party relationships, enable partners with content and tools, represent the company at industry events, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure channel-sourced revenue impact.
