Finance Associate responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, reporting support, and audit preparation. The role also focuses on improving accounting workflows, adopting an AI-powered AP system, automating routine finance tasks, identifying data anomalies, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Leads tailored product demonstrations, discovery sessions, solution documentation, and RFP responses for a unified retail commerce platform. Supports post-sale configuration, client training, change management, product support, and client-facing content. Enables technology partners, develops joint use cases, and shares customer insights with Product and Customer Success. Requires strong retail operations knowledge, communication, presentation, and teaching skills, plus 20% travel.
