Lead pre-sales demos, run discovery to translate retail requirements into practical solutions, support post-sales implementation and integrations, create solution documentation, enable partners, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Client Delivery to drive adoption and product improvements.

Lead design, implementation, integration, testing and deployment of scalable microservice-based systems for retail. Solve technical challenges, optimize performance, drive refactoring, build RESTful services, work cross-team, and apply AI tools to develop features and automation.
