Responsibilities include supporting organizational operations, working with office equipment, maintaining typing proficiency, and assisting staff serving children and families in surrounding communities.

Supervise therapists, case managers, and behavioral health technicians in an outpatient IOP/PHP program. Provide clinical supervision, case consultation, and assessment support; lead staff meetings; coordinate clinical resources and treatment-plan requirements; ensure compliance with psychological, psychiatric, Medicaid, Joint Commission, and documentation standards; oversee timely billing and electronic medical records; and maintain program evaluation data.
