Supervise the safe, therapeutic operation of an assigned residential cottage during evening hours. Ensure adherence to the treatment model, client plans, safety standards, available services, and timely documentation. Select, supervise, evaluate, and develop Behavioral Health Technicians and transportation staff while maintaining a supportive environment for youth in behavioral health care.

Provides administrative and staff support for the foster care case management team from the St. James office. Responsibilities include supporting organizational operations, working with office equipment, maintaining typing proficiency, and assisting staff serving children and families in surrounding communities.

Provides permanency case management for children and families through in-home and community-based services. Responsibilities include caregiver-child observation, resource coordination, crisis intervention, safety planning, life-skills training, transportation, drug screenings, advocacy, court testimony, service coordination, assessments, and detailed documentation. Builds collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, providers, DCF, schools, and community partners while supporting safe, sustainable permanency outcomes.

Maintains a welcoming front desk and lobby environment, manages office opening and closing, schedules conference rooms, coordinates vendors, handles phones and visitors, processes mail and legal documents, maintains postage equipment, sanitizes common areas, and provides clerical and administrative support.

Supervise therapists, case managers, and behavioral health technicians in an outpatient IOP/PHP program. Provide clinical supervision, case consultation, and assessment support; lead staff meetings; coordinate clinical resources and treatment-plan requirements; ensure compliance with psychological, psychiatric, Medicaid, Joint Commission, and documentation standards; oversee timely billing and electronic medical records; and maintain program evaluation data.

Supports foster youth age 16 and older through transition planning, education enrollment, benefits access, post-secondary preparation, scholarships, and independent living resources. Coordinates with case managers, schools, DCF, and community partners; attends planning meetings, advocates for educational stability, trains team members on the Every Student Succeeds Act, and completes required reports and training.

Provides trauma-informed case management to children and families, supporting safety, permanency, and well-being. Builds relationships with clients, placement providers, DCF, and community resources; coordinates services, transportation, drug screens, safety planning, crisis intervention, mental health care, school meetings, and court testimony. Maintains assessments, case logs, and court reports while advocating for client needs.

Provides administrative and staff support for child placement agency programs. Responsibilities include handling confidential information, preparing filings and correspondence, managing office supplies and equipment, processing orders, checks, credit card requests, billing, reports, databases, files, and status tracking. The role also supports customer inquiries, website updates, case closures, and tenant or landlord matters. Experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment is required.
