Lead customer onboarding and configuration of the Kustomer platform, manage multiple implementations, integrate APIs and automations, train and advise customers, troubleshoot with Product/Engineering, document best practices, and ensure adoption and project success.

Own post-sale customer relationships: lead onboarding, drive product adoption and AI-driven automation, manage renewals and expansions, advocate customer needs cross-functionally, conduct business reviews, and travel to build high-impact relationships.
