Design and build AI agents, code tools, and automations for customer support operations. Lead technical discovery with customers, map business processes and integrations, build proofs of concept, and guide data and integration work. Test, debug, and tune AI configurations using logs, stack traces, and API responses. Partner with Product and Engineering to share field feedback, establish best practices, and document solutions.

Lead customer onboarding and configuration of the Kustomer platform, manage multiple implementations, integrate APIs and automations, train and advise customers, troubleshoot with Product/Engineering, document best practices, and ensure adoption and project success.

Perform outbound prospecting and lead qualification across email, phone, and social channels. Research target accounts, set meetings for account executives, collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach, and meet quarterly lead and closed-sales quotas while maintaining engagement with prospects.
