The Analytics Manager will lead marketing attribution strategies, design data tracking infrastructure, analyze marketing data, and optimize campaigns based on insights. This includes collaborating cross-functionally to improve budget allocation and campaign performance while ensuring data integrity and fostering best practices across teams.

Lead and scale the Vertical Platform product layer, translating strategy into multi-year plans. Drive adoption, UX quality, growth experiments, and data-informed decisions. Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to deliver scalable platform-driven user experiences, hire and develop PM teams, and ensure cross-functional alignment and execution.

Own and grow a strategic enterprise partnership by driving revenue, profitability, and customer experience. Develop account strategy, lead executive relationships and business reviews, negotiate commercial terms, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional execution, track KPIs, surface insights, mitigate risks, and drive operational improvements to scale the partnership.

Lead data engineering strategy and architecture, design scalable batch and streaming data platforms, drive AI-centric data initiatives, implement CI/CD and IaC, improve data quality/observability/governance, mentor engineers, and deliver large cross-functional production initiatives.
