Provides relationship management and exceptional service to Club Members, Suite Holders, and guests. Maintains CRM records, responds to member requests, supports VIP initiatives, coordinates premium events and game-day experiences, develops internal resources, collaborates across departments, and trains event staff to ensure seamless premium service delivery.

Lead and produce social and digital-first video content from concept through delivery. Shoot, edit, storyboard, script, direct, manage budgets and vendors, mentor a team of producers, ensure archive and compliance with league rules, and support branded/sponsor content.

Support event operations and fan experience by greeting guests, assisting with event setup/breakdown, monitoring site operations, completing CMMS reports, and providing post‑event recaps and customer service.
