Manage dealer channels and source new car loan business from automobile dealers and bank branches. Lead and support a team of 8–10 direct sales executives, manage dealer finance relationships, drive fee-based income and cross-selling, oversee PDD processes and monthly channel payouts, and provide responsive service to dealer partners. Prepare MIS reports and use strong written and verbal communication to manage finance and general managers.

Develop and manage an Identity and Access Management program, including access policies, user permissions, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and corrective action recommendations.
