Lead NPD pipeline and execute the global annual marketing action plan for assigned categories. Create marketing toolkits/assets, monitor category performance, drive innovation, and mentor Product Managers. Align initiatives with business objectives and report to the Global Brand VP.

Manage production planning, inventory, and manufacturing operations for homeopathic products ensuring GMP/GDP compliance, ISO and environmental standards, SOP approval, equipment qualification, KPI monitoring, process optimization, and staff training.

Lead global eCommerce growth and full P&L for KORRES sites. Develop and execute digital marketing calendar, manage CRM (email/SMS/app/push), design loyalty and community ecosystems, run analytics and A/B testing, align omnichannel loyalty, and drive roadmap for Shopify, apps and loyalty/CRM tools to increase retention, advocacy and revenue.

Lead global brand strategy and category planning, identify growth opportunities, drive product innovation with NPD, lead creative campaign development with cross-functional teams, deliver global toolkits, recommend assortment/pricing/promo, manage stakeholders and deliver business objectives.

Design product displays, retail furniture, packaging elements and branded objects from brief to production. Conduct market and materials research, produce 2D drawings, 3D models and prototypes, review samples with suppliers, and collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply to ensure brand, functionality and sustainability alignment.
