Manages front desk operations, welcomes and directs visitors, handles calls, mail, deliveries, and courier services, and provides administrative support. Coordinates meetings, meeting rooms, and office arrangements while liaising with internal departments. Maintains organized records and filing systems, handles confidential information discreetly, and supports daily office activities with strong communication, multitasking, customer service, and organizational skills.

Manage KORRES Greece brand marketing, including promotional and trade plans, product assortment, pricing, communications, budgets, KPIs, and P&L. Develop ATL and BTL initiatives, monitor market and consumer trends, analyze competition, identify growth opportunities, and implement integrated 360-degree marketing plans. Collaborate with cross-functional and Group Marketing teams on forecasting and business planning while driving brand awareness, sales, profitability, and market share.

Leads global brand and category marketing for skincare products, overseeing new product development, portfolio management, marketing toolkits, communication assets, annual marketing plans, product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities. Partners with R&D, Finance, and international business units to align innovation, positioning, budgets, timelines, and commercial objectives. Requires strong analytical, strategic, creative, and communication skills, with experience in brand or category management and product innovation.
