Coordinate and drive installation projects from planning through completion. Manage orders, logistics, scheduling of installers, invoicing, parts calculations, and customer communications while ensuring excellent service and cross-team collaboration.

Manage playground and outdoor fitness installation projects end-to-end: plan, coordinate installers and contractors, conduct site visits, ensure compliance and quality, track budgets and schedules, prepare reports, and maintain project data in CRM while supporting sales and aftersales teams.

Lead and execute regional commercial strategy across Spain, manage and coach a geographically distributed sales team, drive business development and project-based/tender sales, meet regional targets and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, represent the company at events, and control commercial reporting and costs.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across HQ and the Nordics, serving as primary contact for employees and managers. Handle HR administration (contracts, addendums, travel booking), maintain HRIS data quality, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR, support HR projects and vendors, run the Graduate Program, and guide an HR Student Assistant.
