Drive sales growth for KOMPAN’s premium outdoor playground and fitness solutions across western Belgium. Responsibilities include territory sales planning, lead qualification, opportunity development, customer visits, presentations, relationship building, and pipeline management in Dynamics 365 CRM. This field-based role requires autonomy, frequent travel, complex project sales expertise, specification selling experience, B2B technical sales exposure, government relationships, and fluency in Dutch with good English and French.

Lead and execute regional commercial strategy across Spain, manage and coach a geographically distributed sales team, drive business development and project-based/tender sales, meet regional targets and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, represent the company at events, and control commercial reporting and costs.

Coordinate and drive installation projects from planning through completion. Manage orders, logistics, scheduling of installers, invoicing, parts calculations, and customer communications while ensuring excellent service and cross-team collaboration.

Manage playground and outdoor fitness installation projects end-to-end: plan, coordinate installers and contractors, conduct site visits, ensure compliance and quality, track budgets and schedules, prepare reports, and maintain project data in CRM while supporting sales and aftersales teams.
