Identify and qualify sales opportunities, conduct proactive outreach, nurture relationships with schools, councils, architects, and contractors, and support field sales teams with leads, appointments, quotes, and customer information. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on proposals, collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns, coordinate project handovers, and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Manages bids, tenders, quotes, and orders for Area Sales Managers. Reviews tender requirements, coordinates input across departments and suppliers, prepares compelling responses, manages multiple bid timelines, calculates pricing and margins, maintains accurate business-system records, and supports invoicing. The role requires strong written communication, organization, customer service, attention to detail, project management, and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.

Develop, configure, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across global business units. Manage customizations, governance, access, testing, deployments, releases, documentation, and platform support. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, contribute to roadmap planning, and promote automation and AI-powered capabilities using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Collaborate with international stakeholders, maintain platform knowledge, and occasionally travel internationally.
