Operates the dealership switchboard, provides professional customer service, answers general inquiries, prepares gas tickets, assists the General Manager with clerical tasks, communicates product and pricing updates, and handles or directs customer complaints appropriately.

Manage automotive dealership sales operations, support and train sales staff, build customer relationships, assist with closing deals, track gross logs and RDR vehicles, oversee inventory-related processes, and enhance the sales experience. The role also involves representing the dealership brand and managing other sales department activities.

Lead the dealership’s used-vehicle operation by sourcing inventory, appraising trades, managing pricing and aging, structuring and closing deals, coaching sales staff, maximizing profitability, and assisting with F&I activities such as lender coordination, finance products, contract completion, and compliance.
