Own the post-sale customer lifecycle for Kleio, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. Build executive relationships, monitor customer health, run QBRs, mitigate risks, enable AI feature adoption, quantify customer value, gather product feedback, and partner cross-functionally to grow recurring revenue and customer advocacy.

Serve as primary customer contact for assigned accounts across the Service Delivery lifecycle. Coordinate resources, manage schedules, document requirements in QuickBase, track risks/issues/milestones, handle change orders, support invoicing and closeout, and lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, Logistics, Order Management, TPMs, Sales, and Finance to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
