Teams at Kofile

Owns customer projects from initiation through closeout, serving as the primary customer contact. Coordinates cross-functional teams, schedules, requirements, risks, deliverables, change orders, invoicing, and project documentation. Facilitates meetings, tracks milestones, validates scope, supports budgeting and resource planning, and ensures delivery meets customer expectations and internal standards.

Leads approximately 150 employees delivering digital and preservation services. Owns operational performance, capacity planning, quality, productivity, budgets, revenue, gross margin, partner relationships, customer escalations, and continuous improvement. Develops scalable operating strategies, manages KPIs and service-level adherence, partners with Technology on workflow and automation improvements, and represents Operations in customer, sales, and executive engagements.

Coordinate transportation routing and trip planning, dispatch drivers, monitor vehicle movements, and adjust routes as conditions change. Maintain trip, fuel, delivery, and performance records; prepare logistics reports; communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal stakeholders; support issue resolution; and ensure compliance with DOT regulations, driver hours, safety standards, and company procedures.
