Coordinate transportation routing and trip planning, dispatch drivers, monitor vehicle movements, and adjust routes as conditions change. Maintain trip, fuel, delivery, and performance records; prepare logistics reports; communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal stakeholders; support issue resolution; and ensure compliance with DOT regulations, driver hours, safety standards, and company procedures.

Supervises preservation production operations, assigns workflows, schedules staff, communicates objectives, and monitors productivity, quality, costs, and deadlines. Performs hands-on floor supervision, trains employees, analyzes production reports, supports payroll and attendance processes, implements procedures, and drives process improvements. Partners with operations leadership and staff to meet customer delivery requirements while fostering employee performance, morale, and collaboration.

Own the post-sale customer lifecycle for Kleio, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. Build executive relationships, monitor customer health, run QBRs, mitigate risks, enable AI feature adoption, quantify customer value, gather product feedback, and partner cross-functionally to grow recurring revenue and customer advocacy.
