Manages assigned customer accounts from onboarding through invoicing, serving as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, completing onboarding and sales documentation, coordinating fleet availability, monitoring utilization and revenue targets, resolving customer issues, and supporting company safety initiatives.

Leads commercialization, roadmap ownership, feature innovation, and internal operational technology solutions. Partners with Sales, Operations, IT, customers, and vendors to develop AI/ML and data-driven SaaS products, establish pricing and success metrics, improve workflows, and implement scalable OT systems. Oversees governance, security, reliability, change management, and product lifecycle processes while connecting internal operational insights to external product development.

Leads Kodiak’s U.S. income tax function, including compliance, ASC 740 tax accounting, reporting, planning, forecasting, controversy, and internal controls. Oversees tax filings, provisions, reserves, audits, transaction support, and relationships with advisors and authorities. Partners with finance and cross-functional teams, manages complex tax structures, supports international and indirect tax matters, and develops the tax team.

Leads the strategic and operational direction of supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, supplier management, and optimization. Oversees regional Supply Chain Managers, develops supplier partnerships, manages procurement and contracting, forecasts demand, monitors performance metrics, drives cost savings and continuous improvement, ensures compliance, and advises executive leadership. The role requires extensive natural gas compression industry experience, senior leadership capability, and up to 75% travel.

Support commercial proposal development by evaluating customer specifications, recommending equipment and services, coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing RFP/RFQ content, performing cost/benefit and fleet optimization analyses, and maintaining industry and regulatory knowledge to ensure operationally feasible, compliant, and commercially sound customer solutions.

Supervise and develop technical training for gas compression operations: assess needs, manage trainers, oversee curriculum development and delivery, measure effectiveness, coordinate schedules, and report training metrics while supporting department P&L and field training access.
