Supervise and develop technical training for gas compression operations: assess needs, manage trainers, oversee curriculum development and delivery, measure effectiveness, coordinate schedules, and report training metrics while supporting department P&L and field training access.

Manage and advance commercial power sales for data centers, hyperscalers, and mission-critical customers. Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage pipelines, and support post-award account management and project mobilization.

Own commercial sales for distributed and mission-critical power solutions targeting data centers, hyperscalers, utilities, and industrial customers. Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, partner with cross-functional teams, manage pipelines and CRM, support handoff to operations, and nurture accounts for renewals and expansions.

Design, support, and optimize mechanical systems for power plants. Perform equipment selection, piping and layout design, analyze field performance data, troubleshoot issues, maintain engineering drawings, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead a team designing, optimizing, commissioning, and supporting natural gas compression packages and facilities. Oversee equipment selection, performance analysis, compliance with codes, fleet optimization, project scopes, vendor management, startup/troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while recruiting and developing engineering personnel.

Design, configure, test, commission, and maintain protective relaying and control systems for power generation and distribution. Perform coordination, short-circuit, arc-flash, load-flow studies, relay settings, fault analysis, and commissioning. Support operations, troubleshooting, standards compliance (NERC/IEEE/NFPA/NEC), and capital projects to ensure safe, reliable power system operation.
