Leads the strategic and operational direction of supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, supplier management, and optimization. Oversees regional Supply Chain Managers, develops supplier partnerships, manages procurement and contracting, forecasts demand, monitors performance metrics, drives cost savings and continuous improvement, ensures compliance, and advises executive leadership. The role requires extensive natural gas compression industry experience, senior leadership capability, and up to 75% travel.

Support commercial proposal development by evaluating customer specifications, recommending equipment and services, coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing RFP/RFQ content, performing cost/benefit and fleet optimization analyses, and maintaining industry and regulatory knowledge to ensure operationally feasible, compliant, and commercially sound customer solutions.

Supervise and develop technical training for gas compression operations: assess needs, manage trainers, oversee curriculum development and delivery, measure effectiveness, coordinate schedules, and report training metrics while supporting department P&L and field training access.
