Own the platform foundations enabling secure data movement across Kodex, including identity, APIs, integrations, MCP servers, enclaves, encryption, and infrastructure. Lead KIP, API strategy, platform roadmaps, compliance readiness, and internal adoption. Partner closely with engineering and product leadership, translate customer needs into platform capabilities, and align cross-functional teams on priorities, architecture, and delivery.

Own post-sale customer success for high-impact SaaS accounts, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, relationship management, issue resolution, QBRs, and customer advocacy. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Business Operations while developing scalable customer success playbooks, processes, tooling, and engagement strategies. The role requires strategic account management, technical fluency, executive communication, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup.

Lead APAC threat intelligence efforts: analyze data to identify actor relationships, document threat actor tactics, liaise with international law enforcement, support urgent investigations during APAC hours, streamline cross-team workflows, and respond to user needs.

Analyze data and conduct pivot-based OSINT investigations to identify threats, relationships, and fraudulent activity involving impersonated law enforcement agencies and compromised accounts. Research threat actor tactics, communicate with international government agencies, build law enforcement relationships, streamline cross-functional workflows, and respond to user needs. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and autonomous working skills across time zones, with opportunities to apply cyber investigation, fraud, digital forensics, and MITRE ATT&CK expertise.

Own and grow a small book of strategic enterprise accounts ($250K+ ACV). Embed across buying committees, evangelize a new category, run 3-4 month C-suite sales cycles, coordinate with Product/Marketing/CS, work directly with the CEO on deal strategy, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot.
