Build long‑term relationships, meet performance goals, complete vehicle deliveries, and participate in paid training and mentorship. Requires valid driver’s license and passing drug/background checks.

Assist guests through the car-buying process by identifying needs and matching them with suitable Subaru vehicles, provide upfront pricing, deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and follow up on leads from floor traffic, phone, chat, and internet.

Serve as the first point of contact for guests by answering calls and online chats, scheduling service appointments, managing Google My Business and website content, responding to reviews and social media, sending appointment reminders, and supporting showroom traffic and marketing efforts. Perform administrative tasks and occasional content capture for social channels.
