Serve as the initial contact for dealership guests by answering calls, directing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, managing online chats, and conducting service-retention outreach. Send appointment reminders, support showroom traffic, monitor and respond to Google and social media reviews, and review website accuracy. Assist with event planning, social media content, photo and video capture, and general administrative tasks.

Build customer relationships, identify vehicle needs, demonstrate Subaru products, guide customers through purchasing, manage leads and follow-up in CRM tools, and develop repeat and referral business. Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and finance teams while participating in dealership and community events. Paid training and mentorship are provided; automotive sales experience is helpful but not required.

Manage automotive financing and insurance processes, present financing and protection products, work with lenders, prepare compliant transaction documents, and support dealership profitability. Build trusted customer relationships, negotiate financing options, maintain CRM and dealership records, monitor F&I metrics, and coach sales staff. The role requires automotive finance experience, strong knowledge of lending and compliance, excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and attention to detail.
