Sell used vehicles by building customer relationships, managing appointments, assisting with loan processes, completing training, and supporting dealership marketing. The role offers structured training and growth opportunities, requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. The schedule is five days per week, including Saturdays, with no Sunday work and approximately 40–45 hours weekly.

Provides accounting support across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, reconciliations, bank activity, cash flow monitoring, month-end close, financial statements, and management reporting. Maintains accurate records, reviews receivable schedules and contracts in transit, prepares recurring reports, and supports the Director of Accounting and Accounting Manager with daily accounting and administrative tasks.

Build customer relationships, understand vehicle needs, conduct Subaru demonstrations, guide customers through purchases, manage leads and follow-up in CRM tools, and generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and finance teams while participating in dealership and community events. Paid training and mentorship are provided; automotive sales experience is helpful but not required.
