Work alongside founders to own a piece of growth at an early-stage AI matchmaking startup. Responsibilities may include GTM strategy to scale users, sourcing and hiring the founding team, and implementing user feedback with founders and engineers. Requires systems-minded thinking and strong communication in a high-autonomy environment.

Assist launching Known in San Diego by planning events, mapping social networks, recruiting users, creating content, and developing partnerships.

Lead Known's community and partnerships growth: build launch-city events playbooks, secure partners/sponsors/ambassadors, define brand storytelling, engage early users digitally and in-person, and run recurring IRL events to drive user acquisition.
