Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean/OpEx tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka Yoke, VSA). Train employees, create layouts and standard work, monitor scrap reduction and financial savings, manage RIE/Kaizen events, report monthly results, and support management Gemba and corporate presentations.

Lead introduction, debugging, maintenance, and upgrades of automated MLCC manufacturing equipment to ensure high throughput and yield. Lead process integration and optimization for high-volume MLCC manufacturing. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet yield, scrap, and OTTP targets, analyze process data for troubleshooting, manage capital and automation projects, and track key metrics (SPC, process capability). Support equipment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support product and process quality in a manufacturing environment: identify and resolve nonconformities, lead improvement projects, maintain quality metrics, support new product qualification and FAIs, investigate customer complaints, and maintain quality documentation and compliance.

Design and develop acoustic test solutions for production and R&D. Follow hardware processes from requirements to PCB layout and calibration. Build and validate electronic test systems, perform statistical analysis to characterize acoustic tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally.

Manage a team of process engineers to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, introduce automation, ensure process capability and stability, define control plans and PFMEAs, drive yield/scrap financial targets, manage production qualifications, and support cross-functional NPI and capital projects.

Lead and improve ceramic plate fabrication processes (batching, casting, green plate fabrication, bake out, firing, finishing) to drive yield and efficiency. Implement SPC, FMEA, MSA, and qualification plans, mentor engineers, collaborate across transfer, operations, and metallization teams, update procedures, troubleshoot production issues, and evaluate suppliers and maintenance impacts.

Lead development, optimization, and control of high-reliability capacitor manufacturing processes. Drive yield, throughput, quality, and cost improvements using DOE, SPC, PFMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma. Provide hands-on floor support, root-cause analysis, tooling design, equipment validation, and cross-functional collaboration to stabilize and scale production.

Serve as the bridge between supply chain/manufacturing and technical teams to support, optimize, and implement Oracle ERP supply chain modules. Provide day-to-day production support, perform data analysis using SQL Plus, develop FSDs and test scripts, lead implementations and upgrades using Oracle AIM, apply Lean methodologies, and leverage generative AI tools for reporting and insights.

Manage and nurture assigned accounts and sales opportunities by responding to RFQs, coordinating with regional sales and product teams, resolving order/pricing issues, analyzing sales data, supporting forecasting, and delivering high-quality customer service to drive revenue growth.

Lead and maintain the AS9100-compliant Quality Management System, conduct audits and inspections, manage QA staff and schedules, investigate customer complaints, produce FAI and inspection reports, implement corrective/preventive actions, train personnel, and ensure product quality across manufacturing.

Provide advanced end-user support and escalation for complex desktop, Microsoft 365, and endpoint issues; manage accounts in Active Directory; mentor junior staff; drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and service improvements; support onboarding/offboarding, workstation provisioning, and security/compliance tasks.
