Ensures consistent quality processes through statistical analysis, quality metrics, nonconformity investigations, supplier and product qualification, yield improvement, documentation reviews, customer complaint resolution, and continuous process improvement. The role works closely with manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment and requires familiarity with regulated quality systems, quality improvement methodologies, and manufacturing software.

Lead process integration and optimization for high-volume MLCC manufacturing. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet yield, scrap, and OTTP targets, analyze process data for troubleshooting, manage capital and automation projects, and track key metrics (SPC, process capability). Support equipment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage a team of process engineers to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, introduce automation, ensure process capability and stability, define control plans and PFMEAs, drive yield/scrap financial targets, manage production qualifications, and support cross-functional NPI and capital projects.

Lead and improve ceramic plate fabrication processes (batching, casting, green plate fabrication, bake out, firing, finishing) to drive yield and efficiency. Implement SPC, FMEA, MSA, and qualification plans, mentor engineers, collaborate across transfer, operations, and metallization teams, update procedures, troubleshoot production issues, and evaluate suppliers and maintenance impacts.

Lead development, optimization, and control of high-reliability capacitor manufacturing processes. Drive yield, throughput, quality, and cost improvements using DOE, SPC, PFMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma. Provide hands-on floor support, root-cause analysis, tooling design, equipment validation, and cross-functional collaboration to stabilize and scale production.

Support sales, marketing, and manufacturing for single layer capacitors by fielding customer technical questions, defining custom parts, performing lab experiments and cost analysis, coordinating testing, addressing quality issues, maintaining product documentation, and supporting product development and sales. Acts as technical liaison among customers, production, engineering, quality, and marketing; may require travel and training.

Serve as the bridge between supply chain/manufacturing and technical teams to support, optimize, and implement Oracle ERP supply chain modules. Provide day-to-day production support, perform data analysis using SQL Plus, develop FSDs and test scripts, lead implementations and upgrades using Oracle AIM, apply Lean methodologies, and leverage generative AI tools for reporting and insights.

Lead global direct-material procurement for multiple manufacturing sites. Develop and execute category sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and commercial negotiations, ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation, drive cost savings and working-capital improvements, and build procurement KPIs and talent across a global organization.
