Serve as the bridge between supply chain/manufacturing and technical teams to support, optimize, and implement Oracle ERP supply chain modules. Lead development, optimization, and control of high-reliability capacitor manufacturing processes. Drive yield, throughput, quality, and cost improvements using DOE, SPC, PFMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma. Provide hands-on floor support, root-cause analysis, tooling design, equipment validation, and cross-functional collaboration to stabilize and scale production.

Design and develop acoustic test solutions for production and R&D. Follow hardware processes from requirements to PCB layout and calibration. Build and validate electronic test systems, perform statistical analysis to characterize acoustic tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally.

Hands-on process engineer responsible for sputter deposition tool sustainment, running experiments, yield improvement, training operators, authoring work instructions, participating in MRB/FRB root cause investigations, and supporting ISO/ESD/OSHA compliance in a clean-room manufacturing environment.

Mentor engineers, coordinate with operations and metallization teams, execute qualification plans for processes and equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and support supplier and maintenance decisions.

Hands-on process engineer supporting sputter deposition and pre-sputter cleaning. Sustain and run deposition tools, lead yield-improvement projects, train operators, perform experiments, participate in MRB/FRB root cause investigations, author work instructions, and maintain compliance with ISO/OSHA/ESD cleanroom requirements.

Support product and process quality in a manufacturing environment: identify and resolve nonconformities, lead improvement projects, maintain quality metrics, support new product qualification and FAIs, investigate customer complaints, and maintain quality documentation and compliance.
