Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean/OpEx tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka Yoke, VSA). Train employees, create layouts and standard work, monitor scrap reduction and financial savings, manage RIE/Kaizen events, report monthly results, and support management Gemba and corporate presentations.

Lead introduction, debugging, maintenance, and upgrades of automated MLCC manufacturing equipment to ensure high throughput and yield. Support DoE and process optimization through data analysis, establish maintenance systems, maintain documentation per quality standards, and train technicians and junior engineers to support 24/7 production.

Perform visual, mechanical, and electrical inspection of small electronic components using microscopes and SmartScope equipment; record data, generate statistical reports, perform tests to ensure customer and company requirements, maintain production schedules, and work in an ISO9001/AS9100 environment.
