Supports production planning by coordinating daily shipping orders, monitoring open and late orders, handling expedite requests, releasing orders and raw materials, assisting with kitting, communicating with production and shipping teams, and collecting performance data. Works under a Planning Manager using established procedures while maintaining accurate tracking and organizational standards.

Ensures consistent quality processes through statistical analysis, quality metrics, nonconformity investigations, supplier and product qualification, yield improvement, documentation reviews, customer complaint resolution, and continuous process improvement. The role works closely with manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment and requires familiarity with regulated quality systems, quality improvement methodologies, and manufacturing software.

Supports the design, modeling, prototyping, and development of RF and microwave products under senior engineer guidance. Assists with product enhancements, quotes, new product manufacturing introductions, technical support, customer communications, and presentations. Requires knowledge of RF components, technical drawings, and simulation tools, along with strong communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
