Modify PCB layouts and schematics using Altium, interpret complex electrical documentation, perform precision SMT and through-hole soldering, debug circuit boards to the component level, and conduct functional, environmental, thermal, and stress testing. Set up test fixtures, ATE, and data acquisition systems, then document procedures, raw data, and results in detailed technical reports.

Leads continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the manufacturing plant. Manages Kaizen, Rapid Improvement Events, TPM, Kanban, SMED, 5S, and problem-solving activities; trains employees; develops layouts and value stream maps; analyzes process capability, capacity, scrap, and productivity; tracks financially validated savings; and reports results to corporate leadership.

Supports sales, marketing, manufacturing, and customers for Single Layer Capacitor products. Responsibilities include answering technical questions, analyzing costs, defining custom requirements, evaluating feasibility, conducting lab experiments, supporting testing and quality efforts, developing products, maintaining technical documentation, and coordinating with engineering, operations, finance, sales, and vendors. Customer travel and training may be required.
