Develop and optimize components of an end-to-end ML platform (data pipelines, training, serving, monitoring). Collaborate with data and research scientists to productionize models, measure impact, identify and fix pipeline bottlenecks, and evaluate new technologies for high-scale, low-latency ML systems.

Build and deploy machine learning algorithms and models to automate and optimize advertising platform performance. Work with large-scale datasets, measure impact, integrate solutions, evaluate new technologies, document improvements, and collaborate with business and technical teams to iterate on analytics-driven solutions.

Support sales and product teams to manage client ad campaigns on the Knorex XPO platform. Gather client requirements, coordinate cross-functional campaign delivery, train clients on the platform, review results, propose strategies, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong customer service and communication.

Plan, build, and optimize cross-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic DSPs. Implement GTM and GA4 tracking, run A/B tests, analyze performance, manage budgets, and provide creative and landing page recommendations to maximize conversions and ROAS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work night shift hours (6:30 PM–3:30 AM).

Own QA for AscendX mobile SDKs (Android, iOS, Unity): validate functionality across devices and OS versions, test ad request/response, bidding and mediation flows, build automation frameworks and regression suites, integrate tests with CI/CD, and collaborate with engineers and product for release readiness.
