Owns availability, scalability, SLAs, incident response, disaster recovery, automation, security posture, compliance, vendor management, and operational governance across hybrid environments. Guides DevOps practices, manages technical risk, supports audit readiness, and communicates trade-offs involving cost, security, reliability, and delivery. Hires, coaches, and develops technical talent while establishing accountability, documentation, and scalable processes.

Supports HR operations and administration through onboarding documentation, employee record maintenance, HR trackers, office coordination, vendor follow-ups, asset and stationery tracking, and team engagement activities. The intern will help organize internal events, manage announcements, coordinate inductions, and maintain a positive workplace environment while gaining practical experience in HR operations and employee engagement.

Supports day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, documentation, employee records, HR reporting, engagement initiatives, office administration, facilities coordination, and vendor follow-up. The role also assists with internal communications, workplace culture programs, employee events, process improvements, and ad hoc HR projects while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

Drive KNOREX’s business growth by acquiring new clients, expanding into markets and verticals, managing strategic relationships, and exceeding revenue quotas. The role involves consultative selling of the KNOREX XPO platform and services, pipeline management, product positioning, negotiation of large deals, and representation at industry events. The director will collaborate with SDRs, solutions architects, and account managers while engaging media agencies, mid-market enterprises, and C-level stakeholders.

Support digital advertising clients by understanding requirements, managing account expectations, assisting with the Knorex XPO platform, coordinating campaign delivery, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and reviewing campaign results and strategies. The role requires customer service, analytical thinking, multitasking, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with digital media, advertising, and technology.

Develop and optimize paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels. Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, tracking, attribution, A/B testing, creative direction, landing page optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. The role requires collaboration with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams, along with night-shift availability from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
