Lead end-to-end UX/UI for Knix brands across web and mobile, owning redesigns and optimizations (homepage, PDP, PLP, cart, checkout). Create and maintain a living design system, produce high-fidelity visual and interaction specs, partner with product and engineering, drive conversion-focused improvements, and lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction.

Deliver an inclusive, customer-focused in-store experience: greet customers, listen to needs, recommend products for proper fit, meet sales KPIs, maintain visual standards and store operations, handle difficult interactions professionally, and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
