Supports People Operations and HQ workplace administration, including employee inquiries, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance tracking, employee communications, work authorization documentation, IT access, office supplies, building access, visitor reception, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships. The role also identifies opportunities to improve recurring People and workplace processes.

Coordinates the CMO’s complex calendar, meetings, travel, agendas, and confidential information while supporting marketing operations. Maintains the master go-to-market calendar, tracks campaigns and launches, coordinates timelines and dependencies across teams, captures decisions and action items, identifies conflicts, and helps maintain operating rhythms, planning documents, and marketing trackers.

Supports retail employees and leaders across Western Canada throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, managing employee relations, supporting investigations, onboarding, performance and engagement programs, workforce planning, compliance, retention, talent movement, and organizational change. The role partners with Retail Operations, Talent Acquisition, and the broader People Team while using workforce data and employee feedback to improve people programs and the retail employee experience.
