Lead international marketing, sales, and capture for government and military aerospace opportunities. Identify, qualify, pursue, and win multi-million dollar deals; manage proposals, pricing, contracts (FAR/DFARS), and CRM data. Conduct market research, maintain partner and client relationships, coordinate travel and events, and contribute to marketing materials.

Program and operate HAAS CNC and manual machines to manufacture aerospace components. Create Mastercam CNC programs, write/optimize G/M code, set tooling and offsets, and ensure part accuracy to tight tolerances. Inspect parts with precision tools, read drawings and GD&T, perform preventative maintenance, keep documentation, and train technicians while following safety procedures.

Lead daily sheet metal manufacturing and assembly operations, interpret engineering prints, train and mentor technicians, enforce safety, perform root-cause analysis, apply Lean/Six Sigma (5S), estimate materials and hours, maintain ERP documentation, and perform precision drilling, countersinking, and fastener installation.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings to layout, cut, shape, drill, countersink, and assemble aluminum and steel aircraft sheet-metal components using hand and power tools and shop equipment. Maintain documentation, identify alloys and revisions, and follow production instructions to meet quality and safety standards.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering team to design, analyze, and implement aircraft structural systems and modifications. Manage full product lifecycle, produce design drawings and documentation, ensure compliance with military/FAA/UL standards, drive budget/quality/schedule, and liaise with production, quality, and program management. Provide mentoring and technical guidance.

Perform classical and FEA stress analyses on metallic and composite aircraft structures, develop load cases and substantiation reports, design and execute structural tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams to certify repairs/modifications, and support producibility and continuous improvement.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layout and cut sheet metal, operate fabrication equipment and hand/power tools, identify aluminum alloys, drill/countersink holes, install rivets/fasteners, maintain work orders and parts tags, and follow production instructions to produce high-quality aircraft sheet metal components.

Design and implement aircraft electrical systems and interfaces, produce specifications, drawings, and technical documentation, integrate products with aircraft electrical systems, develop connector and circuit breaker panels, perform circuit analysis and energy audits, ensure compliance with UL/FAA/military standards, support production and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot, and lead projects.

Lead all program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals; oversee program finances using Earned Value Management; manage client relationships; mentor program managers; collaborate across functions; drive strategic program vision, business development, and compliance with aerospace government and industry standards.

Manage post-sales aerospace programs to deliver components and systems on time, on budget, and meeting technical and customer requirements. Create schedules, run daily stand-ups, manage CDRLs, subcontractors, supply chain, and program risks, and report performance using EVM. Implement program processes and mentor team members.
