Lead daily sheet metal manufacturing and assembly operations, interpret engineering prints, train and mentor technicians, enforce safety, perform root-cause analysis, apply Lean/Six Sigma (5S), estimate materials and hours, maintain ERP documentation, and perform precision drilling, countersinking, and fastener installation.

Lead daily execution of aerospace sustainment programs to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals. Build customer relationships, create and maintain milestone schedules, manage CDRL deliverables, subcontractors, and supply chain. Analyze and mitigate program risks, monitor performance using EVM, report status to stakeholders, create PM processes, and manage remote sustainment teams.

Manage post-sales program execution to meet customer requirements on schedule and budget. Create and maintain milestone schedules, run daily stand-ups, track performance with EVM, manage subcontractors and CDRL deliverables, analyze and mitigate risks, implement PM processes, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layout and cut sheet metal, operate fabrication equipment and hand/power tools, identify aluminum alloys, drill/countersink holes, install rivets/fasteners, maintain work orders and parts tags, and follow production instructions to produce high-quality aircraft sheet metal components.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering team to design, analyze, and implement aircraft structural systems and modifications. Manage full product lifecycle, produce design drawings and documentation, ensure compliance with military/FAA/UL standards, drive budget/quality/schedule, and liaise with production, quality, and program management. Provide mentoring and technical guidance.

Lead all finance functions to optimize cash management, reporting, budgeting and controls; prepare the company for a liquidity event and audit readiness; drive automation and scenario-based cash forecasting; support pricing, contract compliance, payroll/benefits, banking relationships and finance staff management while reporting to executive leadership.

Perform classical and FEA stress analyses on metallic and composite aircraft structures, develop load cases and substantiation reports, design and execute structural tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams to certify repairs/modifications, and support producibility and continuous improvement.

Design and implement aircraft electrical systems and interfaces, produce specifications, drawings, and technical documentation, integrate products with aircraft electrical systems, develop connector and circuit breaker panels, perform circuit analysis and energy audits, ensure compliance with UL/FAA/military standards, support production and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot, and lead projects.

Design and develop mechanical components and systems across the full product lifecycle. Produce outline and final drawings, apply GD&T, optimize designs for manufacturability, and drive budget, quality, and schedule deliverables. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Program Management and support implementations through domestic and international travel.
