Performs static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses for modified aircraft structures using finite element models. Develops stress reports and FAA/EASA certification documentation, supports structural testing and model validation, and evaluates metallic and composite components. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, certification, and production teams; reviews drawings and test data; guides engineers; manages subcontractors; and delivers compliant designs within budget and schedule.

Develop and implement electrical designs and systems for multidisciplinary aerospace programs. Responsibilities include aircraft electrical system integration, electrical-mechanical interfaces, schematics, wiring diagrams, connector and circuit breaker panels, technical documentation, troubleshooting, production support, energy audits, and coordination with planning, production, and quality teams. The role requires applying aerospace electrical standards, managing individual deliverables, supporting sustainability processes, and taking a leadership role within the engineering group.

Develops and maintains manufacturing plans, bills of materials, job instructions, work orders, operation sequences, and production documentation. Translates engineering designs and technical specifications into actionable production instructions, verifies material requirements, and coordinates with Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Purchasing. The role requires technical drawing interpretation, data analysis, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with manufacturing and project-management software in an on-site aerospace manufacturing environment.
