Coordinate intermodal rail shipments including order entry, planning, scheduling, and drayage coordination. Monitor shipments for on-time pickup/delivery, resolve escalated customer issues, and collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement to optimize service.

Coordinate customer orders, monitor and track shipments, confirm pickups and deliveries with carriers, update shipment portals, escalate service issues, manage driver detention notifications, and provide phone and email customer service to ensure timely, accurate logistics execution.

The Accountant will support financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, managing accounting processes, and participating in month-end closes within a logistics business.
